1. Subscription Plans
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all subscription plans. If you're not satisfied with our service within the first 14 days, contact us for a full refund. After 14 days, subscriptions are non-refundable but can be cancelled at any time.
2. Project-Based Services
For project-based services, deposits paid to initiate work are non-refundable once the project has commenced. If you're unsatisfied with the final deliverables, we will work with you to make revisions until you're satisfied, within the agreed revision limits.
3. Cancellation Before Work Begins
If you cancel a project before any work has been started, you will receive a full refund minus any transaction fees (typically 3-5%). Once work has commenced, the deposit becomes non-refundable.
4. Partial Refunds
In cases where a project is partially completed and cancelled by mutual agreement, we may offer a partial refund based on the work completed. This will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
5. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
6. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
- Completed and delivered projects
- Third-party costs (stock photos, fonts, etc.)
- Deposits for projects where work has commenced
- Subscription fees after the 14-day guarantee period
